If you change your mind, or the purchase is not suitable, you may notify us within 30 days after the day of receipt of your item(s) and you have a duty to take reasonable care of the item(s) until we receive the item(s) back. Return posting costs will be at the customers expense.
If 30 days has passed since you received your order, you will not be entitled to a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you receive a defective item, we will arrange return postage and once confirmed, issue a full refund or exchange at your preference.
Defective item claims must be made within 30 days of receiving your item.

If the item is a gift, you will need to obtain the order number. We will then send a refund to the gift giver via their original payment method.
